Grades 5 to 8 (Girls)
Teacher’s Day will be celebrated on September 12th. The objective of this day is to instill within students the feeling of love and respect towards their teachers. It will also help them understand the essence of education & educators in shaping and molding their future. They will present skit, music and dance.
Science Fair will be conducted on September 13th. This fair will be an opportunity to nourish and nurture the creative talents of students. It will also help to inculcate scientific curiosity among them. They will create scientific based experiments and innovations.
Grade 5 & 6 (Boys)
Teacher’s Day (Card Making) will be held on September 5th. Through this activity, students will appreciate the dedication of their teachers. It will also help to develop their innovation, creativity and writing skills.
Grade 7 & 8 (Boys)
English Extempore (Inter – House) competition will be conducted on September 10th. This competition will help students to develop their speaking skill.
Grade 9 & 10 (Girls)
Teacher’s Day will be celebrated on September 6th. The purpose of this day is to honour teachers and their contributions towards moulding future citizens. Students will host an entertaining and fun-filled program for their teachers.
Thematic Assembly titled ‘Onam’ will be held on September 7th. During this assembly, students will spread the message of equality, prosperity and togetherness.
Grade 9 & 10 (Boys)
International Day of Charity will be held on September 5th. This day will help to raise awareness and provide a common platform for charity related activities all over the world. Students will contribute for goodie bags and present to the ancillary staff of the school and salute them for their indefatigable work.
Teacher’s Day will be celebrated on September 5th. On this day, students will extend their sincere gratitude to teachers for showing the path towards success and enrich their personality by imparting ethical & academic knowledge.
Onam (harvest festival of Kerala) celebrations will be conducted on September 10th. The objective is to acquaint students with the rich culture of the state and fill the atmosphere of the section with fun and exuberance. They will participate in an inter-house Pookkalam (a colorful arrangement of colors and flowers on the floor) making competition to generate feeling of togetherness and goodwill among them.
International Day of Democracy will be held on September 14th. During this day, students will be involved in an inter-house debate & essay writing competition. They will share their views on pros and cons of democracy.
Grade 11 & 12
Teacher’s Day will be celebrated on September 5th for boys and on September 12th for girls. This day will be an opportunity for students to show their love and respect to the teaching faculty.
Grade 11 & 12 (Girls)
Fortnight Delite program will be held on September 14th. The purpose of this program for students is to inculcate healthy eating habits among students. It will also help to establish cross curricular links between the subjects.
Grade 11 & 12 (Boys)
Class Magazine Release will be organised on September 7th.
Khirat competition will be held September 11th for grade 7 & 8 boys. This competition will help to encourage students to read and recite Holy Quran.
A Special Presentation of King’s College London will be conducted on September 13th for grade 12. This presentation aims to give orientation to students about the programs offer, admission requirements, application process, fee structure and deadline of application.
Aptitude assessment will be conducted from September 5th onwards for grade 10. The objective is to help in stream selection before enrolling into grade 11 and establish career goals. It will be an online assessment.
CPD Program on E-Learning – “Destination Success” and “Use of Interactive White Boards” will be held from September 10th till 14th for teachers respectively. This program will help teachers to understand all collaborative tools needed. It will also help to determine their level and effectiveness in using the interactive white boards.
